Your information is used solely to process your booking enquiry, communicate with you about your stay, and improve our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We retain your enquiry data for 12 months after your last interaction, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
